Consultation & Concept
Every great candle starts with a conversation. We begin by understanding your vision, preferences, and the atmosphere you want to create. Whether you’re looking for a specific scent or a custom fragrance blend, we’ll work with you to bring your idea to life.
Scent Development
We believe that fragrance is personal. After the consultation, we dive into the scent development process. Using a wide range of premium oils and materials, we carefully craft and test unique fragrance combinations until we perfect the ideal scent. If you have a favorite fragrance, we encourage you to bring it with you or send it to us for inspiration. This step may take some time, but it's important to us that every fragrance is truly signature for each customer.
Vessel Selection
While we work on the scent, we encourage you to select a vessel from our line sheet or catalog page. If there's something you had In mind but you don't see It available then we can search for something within our manufacturers. You also have the option to outsource.
Label Design
Another step of the process Is designing your own label. Each candle Includes a custom label and a standard warning label. We offer screen printing as well and work with a great printer In NJ. Once we know which vessel you'd like to use then we'll send you some templates or sizing recommendations. You'll receive a digital proof before we proceed with printing. We also offer In house graphic design.
Turn around time & Delivery
Once you've made all your selections then we can proceed with ordering your custom Inventory and prepping your order. Our turnaround time Is very quick with an avg delivery In 3-5 weeks. For screen printing please add 2 weeks to the ETA.
Delivery In NYC Is done using a messenger service or you have the option to pick up for free. Shipping Is available and the customer Is obligated to pay for shipping labels.
